Why d ont we gets any hints any more. I really appreciated getting them every hour

Best game ever ! And the tech team really goes above and beyond to sort out any problem you may have with the game, even of its not their fault... This is one senior thrilled to report that I am addicted to this game.

I used to love the game and looked forward to earning a free hint every night at 12:01 a.m. Now the free hints are not available, so I have stopped playing.

Its fun, its ok, but Im only saying anything for five free hints. Duh!

What happened to the free hints?? And why cant there be more hints earned per level? Dont worry game makers- people who buy hints will still buy them. The rest of us will just stop playing.

I like the game and would have rated 5 star a week ago. It challenges your brain to be looking at every possibility. The hint videos have not been working for over a week now and its frustrating . Makes you not want to play just because of that annoying message popping up. Please fix the issue!

Highly addictive. Challenging. Multiple levels equals multiple excitement. Customer Service and Support that actually cares. I recommend to all the scrabble enthusiasts and the jumble junkies.

Game is fun and well designed; not happy that a purchase of "hint pack" did not provide hints: they took the money though! Beware!!!
